Kristinia Haney has been an educator of at-risk students for 27 years in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. She is a founding teacher of Grapevine-Colleyville Collegiate Academy at Tarrant County College Northeast which is a stand-alone Early College High School that opened in the 2014-2015 school year. She has taught on level and Pre-AP high school English courses and college readiness classes. She is also the TSIA 2.0 coordinator for her campus. Kristinia has earned awards as a district secondary teacher of the year and campus teacher of the year. She has presented at the National Council of Teachers of English conference and the College Board's Prepárate conference in addition to leading professional development in her school district.
